We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Return authorization number required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items damaged by misuse

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@niceshop.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely with the return form
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided label

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@niceshop.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
